Before we start creating your new kitchen or bath we need to understand your project. There are two options for your first appointment.
a) Our first option, which many of our clients prefer, can be in your home. The $125 is applied to your purchase. We take measurements, discuss ideas, personal preferences, and make a second appointment for you to visit our showroom.
b) If you prefer, you may visit our showroom Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (appointments are required), with other times available to fit your schedule. Bring your ideas and measurements with you. (Printable Step-by-Step & How to Measure)
Once we understand what you’d like, we consider the space you have and look with experienced eyes at things like plumbing, electric, and existing openings.
A preliminary design is created and an accurate budget for your project is established. To take the next step we ask for a design agreement with a 5% deposit which is applied to your purchase.
Arrangements are made for us to visit your home to verify measurements. We meet with you again in our showroom, refine your design and help finalize your selections. When you’re ready to order, we ask for a 50% deposit. The balance is due when your cabinets are delivered.
Now let’s put it all together! We can work closely with a contractor you’ve selected; we can recommend one, or arrange installation if you prefer. We will suggest whatever is best for you once we know the details of your project. Cabinets are received and thoroughly inspected in our facility, then carefully blanket-wrapped and delivered by our truck to your home.
We’ll be available for questions and support throughout the project. Designs are released when a Design Agreement is approved with a 5% deposit
